My stay was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I even treated myself to a relaxing bath while watching TV. The Horizon Lounge was a cozy spot to unwind with plenty of delicious food and drinks. The service was exceptional, especially with staff members like Septi and Kartini going above and beyond to make our breakfast experience wonderful. The location was convenient, not far from the airport and the city center, but could use a little bit of upgrading. Dining was a fantastic experience, with a wide variety of delicious offerings. Overall, a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were very clean and face the beautiful garden and pool. The service was exceptional, with Shada & Kimura from Guest Relations ensuring my comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the Horizon Lounge with plenty of delicious food and drinks. However, the location needs some upgrading and appears old and worn at certain spots. The dining experience was excellent with a wide range of food choices.
